Airports

The New York City metropolitan area is serviced by 3 majorairports: LaGuardia (approximately 9 miles away), John F. KennedyInternational (approximately 16 miles away), and Newark LibertyInternational (approximately 17 miles away). MSG is accessible bypublic transportation, car service, and taxi from all 3airports.

Aisles

For safety and as a courtesy to other ticketholders, please donot sit or stand in the aisles. Aisles should be kept clear atall times.

Alcohol Management

For most events at Madison Square Garden, alcoholic beveragesare available for purchase. MSG staff is trained in thenationally recognized T.E.A.M. (Techniquesfor Effective Alcohol Management) Training program for responsiblealcohol management. Alcohol sales will be limited to up to twoalcoholic beverages per customer per transaction. All guests maybe required to show ID to purchase alcohol. Guests are notpermitted to bring in alcoholic beverages from outside and maynot leave with alcohol purchased inside MSG. Management reservesthe right to refuse the sale of alcohol to any guest.

All-Star Balloting

During some New York Knicks, New York Rangers, and New YorkLiberty games at MSG (generally the first half of the season)fans can pick up and fill out All-Star Ballots to see theirfavorite players in the All-Star Game. Fans not able to vote inperson at MSG may also vote online through each league'swebsite.

Animals

Animals or pets are not permitted on the premises at MadisonSquare Garden under normal circumstances, with the exception ofservice animals such as guide dogs. The ADA defines a serviceanimal as any guide dog, signal dog, or other animal individuallytrained to provide assistance to an individual with adisability.

Assistive Listening Devices

Assistive Listening Devices (ALD) are available for guests whoare deaf or hard of hearing for events in the Arena and theTheater. The devices are those which operate on the FM system. Inthe Arena, you may arrange for an ALD outside Gate 65. In theTheater, visit the Event Manager's office to arrange for the useof an ALD. You will be required to leave a driver's license orcredit card and, upon return of the device in the same condition,your collateral will be returned. There is no charge for thisservice. Please call the Disabled Services department at (212)465-6034 any weekday between 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for moreinformation.

ATM

There is one ATM inside our Box Office lobby next to Window #2as well as several more inside the Arena, on levels 6, 7 and 9.There are also 2 ATMs on the Third Floor Club Terrace at the topof each escalator.

Autographs

All ticketholders and guests must abide by the instructions ofMSG Security staff members at all times.

Baby Change Facilities

Madison Square Garden provides baby change facilities in mostfemale and male restrooms throughout the Arena and Theater. Babychange stations can be found in the women's restrooms at Gate(s) 52, 54, 60, 62, 64, 66, 72, 77; on the 8thfloor near the Tower B and Tower D elevators; and behind section407 on the 9th floor. Baby change stations can be found inthe men's restrooms at Gate(s) 54, 61, 63, 67,71, 76; on the 8th floor near the Tower A and Tower C elevators;and behind section 420 on the 9th floor. In the Theater, babychange stations can be found in the women's and men's restrooms in the Theater Lobby, adjacentto section 101, and section 102.

Backstage Passes

Madison Square Garden does not distribute backstage passes forany event.

Bag Searches

Madison Square Garden asks all guests to arrive early andtravel light. All persons and bags are subject to search. Bagsthat have passed inspection must fit comfortably under your seat.Oversized bags are prohibited. MSG does not provide an area tocheck bags, coats or any other personal belongings. We are notresponsible for any property that is lost, stolen, ordamaged.

Bottles and Containers

Outside food and beverages, including water, are not permittedin Madison Square Garden at any time.

Box Office

Madison Square Garden's Box Office is located in The Garden'sTicket Lobby, directly beyond the building's Seventh Avenue Mall,at 7th Ave. and West 32nd St. On event days, theBox Office opens at 9:00 a.m., Monday through Friday, at 10:00a.m. on Saturday, and at Noon on Sunday. The Box Office willremain open until one hour after the start of the event.On non-event days, the Box Office will open at9:00 a.m., Monday through Friday, at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, andwill be closed on Sundays. The Box Office will close at 6:00 p.m.Monday through Saturday. These hours are subject to change.Please call (212) 465-MSG1 or visit thegarden.com for event schedule and Box Officehours. Broken Seats

Video cameras, monopods, tripods, audio recording devices andcameras with telephoto or zoom lenses are not permitted insideMadison Square Garden at any time. This policy will be strictlyenforced. You may bring in a disposable or 35mm camera (with nozoom or telephoto lens), however, for some events, cameras of any type and/or flash photography may beprohibited.

Children

Please check the event profile for your specific event for theminimum age requirement prior to your purchase of tickets. Formost events, all children who have reached their second birthdayrequire a ticket to gain admittance to Madison Square Garden. Anychild who has yet to reach their second birthday does not requirea ticket, however, they may not occupy their own seat andmust sit on a parent's or guardian's lap. Please note,that for certain children's events (such as the Wiggles andSesame Street Live!), all children who have reached their firstbirthday require a ticket. Club Bar and Grill

If you want the best in fine dining, exemplary service, amidstelegant ambience without leaving Madison Square Garden, The ClubBar and Grill is the ideal setting. Located on the Club Terrace,this exclusive restaurant is the perfect way to begin yourevening before the game starts. Reservations are recommended todine at the Club Bar and Grill. Club Season ticketholders maymake reservations at any time. All other ticketholders may makereservations starting 48 hours prior to a game. Please call (212)465-6290 for reservations on Club Bar and Grill.

Club Seats

If you are attending an event with a Club or Club Suiteticket, please enter through either the North or South conciergeareas located on either side of the Mall area. Club ticketholdersalso have exclusive access to entrances on 31st Street and 33rdStreet between 7th and 8th Avenues. Your Club ticket also allowsyou to visit our third floor Garden Terrace, Play By PlayRestaurant, and The Club Bar and Grill during Knicks and Rangersgames. For Liberty games, you will have access to the GardenTerrace and Play By Play. Of course, Suite holders may dine inthe privacy and comfort of their Suite, and may customize theirmenu through our Suite Services department. Club ticketholdersfor New York Knicks and New York Liberty games will have personalwaiter/waitress service at their seats during games. For New YorkRangers games, VIP Rinkside, Club Rinkside, and Club Goldticketholders will have personal waiter/waitress service at theirseats during games. Menus will be at your seats upon arrival.

Coat Check

Madison Square Garden does not provide an area to check coatsor any other personal belongings. We are not responsible for anyproperty that is lost, stolen, or damaged.

Code of Conduct

  • Guests shall be respectful of others around them.
  • Guests shall avoid blocking the view of other guests.
  • During some concerts, the artists may request that guests bepermitted to stand immediately in front of their seats during theentirety of the performance. On those occasions, standing guestsshall continue to be respectful of others around them and avoidblocking the view of other guests.
  • Guests shall not interfere with the event, the performers orthe athletes in any way.
  • Guests shall refrain from using foul/offensive language,fighting, obscene gestures, throwing objects and engaging inother behavior detrimental to the experience of otherguests.
  • During some sporting events, guests shall wait for a stoppagein play before moving about the arena. The black line on the gatefloor designates the area that guests shall stand behind, toavoid blocking the view of seated guests. Guests shall adhere tothe instructions and directions of arena staff.
  • Guests shall not stand on seats or any other buildingstructure.
  • Guests shall not block the aisles.
  • Guests shall not occupy a seat or remain in an area for whichthey do not possess a valid ticket and shall provide their ticketupon request.
  • As required by the City of New York, guests shall not smokeanywhere in our facilities.
  • Guests who consume alcoholic beverages shall do so in aresponsible manner.
  • Guests are encouraged to report inappropriate or offensivebehavior to an Usher, Security Officer or Guest ServicesRepresentative.
  • Guests shall comply with requests from arena staff regardingarena operational and emergency procedures.

The arena staff has been trained to intervene when deemednecessary and to use their best discretion to help ensure thatguests who ignore the Code of Conduct do not interfere with otherguests' ability to enjoy an event. Guests who violate the Code ofConduct may be subject to ejection without refund and, to theextent their conduct constitutes a violation of law, may besubject to arrest. Season ticketholders may also be subject tohaving their season subscription revoked.We thank you for yourcooperation.

Concessions

Aside from the traditional fare of hamburgers and hot dogs, wealso offer MSG favorites such as pizza, fresh cut french fries,chicken sandwiches, subs, salads, ice cream and coffee. FoodCourts are located at Gates 61, 65, and between Gates 71-72 andGates 76-77. American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, andDiner's Club are accepted.

Madison Square Garden is located directly above Penn Stationand is easily accessible by taking the 1,2,3, A, C, E trains to34th Street/Penn Station. You may also take the B, D, F, V, N, R,Q, W trains to the 34th Street/Herald Square stop and walk oneblock west to The Garden. PATH trains from New Jersey also stopat 33rd Street/Avenue of the Americas. If you are arriving viaMetro-North, you may take the Shuttle from Grand Central to TimesSquare and transfer to the downtown 1,2,3 trains to 34thStreet/Penn Station.

    Madison Square Garden provides disabled accommodations and sellstickets to disabled individuals through our Disabled Servicesdepartment, which may be reached at 212-465-6034, any weekdayfrom 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • Companion Tickets
    At a minimum, based upon availability, you will be permitted topurchase tickets for you and oneguest beside you. You may alsopurchase tickets based upon availability for additional guests inclose proximity to our wheelchair sections.
  • Ticket Refunds
    If you are unable to attend an event, please contact the DisabledServices department prior to the event taking place for furtherinstructions.
  • Wheelchairs
    For individuals who have limited mobility, we can provide awheelchair to transport guests from our Main Lobby to your seats.Upon arriving at Madison Square Garden, please ask a SecurityOfficer for assistance. Please be aware that our staff will notremain with the patron during the event, nor will they allow theguest to remain in the wheelchair for the duration of theevent.
  • Ticket Relocation
    If you are a wheelchair user and obtain non-accessible ticketsplease call the Disabled Services department in order to berelocated, whenever possible, to a designated wheelchairlocation. We do, however, encourage you to utilize our serviceswhen purchasing tickets, so that we may better assist you.
  • Suites for the Disabled
    All of our suites are wheelchair accessible. Please call theDisabled Services department with the suite number and thedate/time of the event you are attending and we will makearrangements to have a seat removed to make room for the electricscooter or wheelchair, if required.
  • Temporary Disabilities
    If you have a temporary disability/injury please call theDisabled Services department and we will make the necessaryarrangements for you to attend the event in a comfortable andenjoyable manner. When calling, please have the event, date,section, row, and seat available.

Elevators

Elevators within Madison Square Garden are reserved for theuse of our employees, working media, and disabled patrons only.Please note that escalators are available to take ticketholdersto all seating levels. Disabled patrons who require the use of amobility aid (wheelchair, walker, cane, crutches, etc.) areencouraged to use our elevators. Additionally, patrons who havelimited mobility and are unable to climb stairs or use ourescalators, but do not require the use of a mobility device,should contact our Disabled Services department at (212)465-6034, for an elevator pass. Please have the date of the eventas well as your section, row, and seat number available whencalling.

Emergency Contact Information

The best way to be contacted during an emergency is to setyour beeper or cell phone to vibrate. For Arena events, the EventManager's office may be reached at 212-465-6292 and for all otherevents at 212-465-6299. Please be sure to leave your seatlocation information with your babysitter, as Madison SquareGarden will not page ticketholders during an event.

Entry/Exit

To enter the Arena, we have escalators in each Tower thataccess each level of seating. To access the Towers, you mustenter through the Box Office lobby on 7th Avenue. Please followthe direction of Madison Square Garden staff and/or refer to theTower and Gate listed on your ticket as to which level to access.Upon exiting the Arena, escalators may be turned off for thesafety of our guests.

Escalators

There are escalators in each of the four (4) Towers (A, B, Cand D). Please be aware that, for the safety of our guests,escalators may be turned off prior to the conclusion of anevent.

Facility Surcharge

A facility surcharge is assessed to help defray theadministrative costs of running our Box Office and our facility.You will find that some venues are charging this fee and that itis in line with industry standards. This facility surcharge($4.50) is included in the price of each ticket. Any ticket withan original face value (if discounts apply) above $15.00 issubject to a facility surcharge.

Family Restrooms

Wheelchair accessible restrooms are located throughout theArena and the Theater, as well as both restaurants, and areclearly marked. In addition, we have a unisex restroom availablefor disabled guests who may require assistance from a person ofthe opposite gender or to assist a child for medical reasons.This unisex restroom is located in our Garden Services Office onthe 5th floor in the Arena and requires an escort by MadisonSquare Garden security personnel.

First Aid

Madison Square Garden personnel are available to assist anyguest in need. In the Arena, first aid areas are located outsideGate 66 and on the 5th floor next to the Event Manager's office.In the Theater, the Medical Office is located in the TheaterLobby, closest to aisle B. Madison Square Garden is equipped withAutomatic External Defibrillators (AED) located in variouslocations throughout the building. Designated employees,including our Medical staff, have been properly trained andcertified to use the AED. In the event of a medical emergency,contact a member of our Garden Services staff for assistance.

Flags

As per US flag code, when flags of two or more nations aredisplayed, they are to be flown from separate staffs of the sameheight. When the flag is suspended across a corridor or lobby ina building with only one main entrance, it should be suspendedvertically with the union of the flag to the observer's left uponentering. If the building has more than one main entrance, theflag should be suspended vertically near the center of thecorridor or lobby with the union to the north, when entrances areto the east and west or to the east when entrances are to thenorth and south. If there are entrances in more than twodirections, the union should be to the east. No other flag orpennant should be placed above or, if on the same level, to theright of the flag of the United States of America.

Food and Beverages

Outside food and beverages, including water, are not permittedin Madison Square Garden at any time. MSG offers a wide varietyof food and beverage for sale. For more information, seeConcessions.

We are proud to announce that the Cheering for ChildrenFoundation has a new name and expanded focus. Under the name,"Garden of Dreams", the 501 C 3 non-profit charity will partnerwith all areas of Madison Square Garden to make dreams come truefor kids in crisis, including children facing illness,homelessness, abuse, foster situations, hunger and tragedy. Gate Times

Doors for Madison Square Garden Arena and Theater events openone hour prior to event start time. If you are attending aKnicks, Rangers, or Liberty game and are in possession of Clubtickets, you may enter the Play by Play, The Club Bar and Grill,and The Garden Terrace two hours prior to game time. Reservationsare not required to dine in the Play by Play, however, you mustcall 212-465-6290 to make reservations for the Club Bar andGrill. Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are a great gift to present to family,friends, co-workers, and employees. These gift certificates arevalid for one year and can be redeemed for tickets at the MadisonSquare Garden Box Office, merchandise, concessions, and the MSGAll Access Tour. The distribution of promotional items, flyers, handbills orprinted materials is not permitted without written permission ofMadison Square Garden. In addition, vending, peddling or productsampling is not allowed.

History of Madison Square Garden

The current Madison Square Garden is actually the 4th buildingto be called Madison Square Garden. The opening event was held onFebruary 11, 1968 with a gala salute to the USO starring BingCrosby and Bob Hope. Over the last 4 decades, MSG has hosted tensof thousands of world-class events. Inclement Weather Policy

Madison Square Garden rarely cancels or postpones events dueto inclement weather. Please be advised that tickets for allevents are sold on a no-refund, no-exchange basis. Thisstipulation is clearly marked on each ticket. Merchandise stands are located throughout the concourses. Youmay also visit the Team Store between Gates 60 and 67 or at Gate75 as well as Double Teamed at Gate 66. North Seating

The North Press Box is generally reserved for working mediaduring sporting events. For concerts, however, we have theopportunity to sell this seat location. The North Press Box islocated between the 300 and 400 Level seating areas in the Arena.The North Press Box consists of one row of folding chairs that isset up at this location. If your ticket is marked Section North,the folding chairs will be set up behind the last row betweenSections 332-337. Please proceed to the Gate marked on yourticket and an usher will direct you to your seats.

Parent Waiting Rooms

For some events, such as Z100's Jingle Ball, Madison SquareGarden provides a parent's waiting room, which is often locatedin the Play by Play restaurant. For further information, pleasecall Guest Relations at 212-465-6225, any weekday from 9:00 a.m.to 5:00 p.m.

Parking

Madison Square Garden does not provide parking. MSG does nothave an affiliation with and does not endorse any local parkinggarages. For most events, you may also purchase a pre-paidparking voucher through TicketMaster or at the Box Office. Thesevouchers can be redeemed at participating area garages. The Play By Play Sports Bar and Restaurant located insideMadison Square Garden is the premier sports bar in NYC and aperfect place to get great food and have fun times with friends.The Play By Play is your place to get close to the action before,during or after the game! Player Appearances

To request a New York Knicks or Rangers player(s) to attendyour function, please send us a letter with at least 2 monthsnotice on your organization's letterhead. The letter shouldinclude all the relevant information and details including: whatyour organization is about, what the event is and the purpose ofthe event, the date of the event, the location of the event, andwhat/who you are requesting. To request for a New York Liberty player(s) to attend yourfunction, please send us a fax to our Liberty Community Relationsdepartment at 212-465-6250. The fax should be on yourorganization's letterhead and include all the relevantinformation and details including: what your organization isabout, what the event is and the purpose of the event, the dateof the event, the location of the event, and what/who you arerequesting.

Please remember that due to the high volume of letters andplayer appearance requests that we receive, there is apossibility that your request will not be fulfilled. We willcontact you regarding your inquiry for player appearances.

Pre-Sale Information

For some events at Madison Square Garden, promoters may decideto set up a special pre-sale, which Garden Newsletter members mayparticipate in. During a pre-sale, a limited number of ticketsare available for sale within a specified amount of time prior tothe actual sale of tickets to the general public. Please notethat while a pre-sale can afford you the opportunity to attemptto purchase tickets before the general public sale, there is noguarantee that you will be able to obtain tickets since, as innormal ticket-selling situations, there is a limited supply oftickets. In order to participate in most pre-sales a special codeis required. For events where a promoter has arranged for GardenNewsletter members to participate in a pre-sale, GardenNewsletter members will be notified of the guidelines of thepre-sale via e-mail. The promoter of the event determines thedecision of whether a pre-sale takes place and who mayparticipate.

Prohibited Items

We ask all guests to arrive early and travel light as you maybe subject to search. We ask that our guests avoid bringingunnecessary items. Madison Square Garden may utilize metaldetecting hand wands, walk-through metal detectors or otherdevices. Bags that have passed inspection must fit comfortablyunder your seat. Amongst items that are prohibited from MSG are:weapons, oversized bags, outside food and beverage, cans,bottles, alcohol, drugs, laser pens, video cameras, monopods,tripods, audio recording devices and cameras with telephoto orzoom lenses. You may bring in a disposable or 35mm camera (withno zoom or telephoto lens), however, for some events, cameras ofany type and/or flash photography may be prohibited.

Protective Netting (Hockey)

During hockey games at Madison Square Garden, protectivenetting is hung above the glass behind both goals. Thisprecaution limits the amount of pucks that leave the ice andenter the seating area. Although the netting adds an extraprecaution, MSG reminds you to stay alert at all times.

Pucks

Pucks that go into the stands during hockey games may be keptby the patron who catches the puck. Please note that whileprotective netting is put in place at each end of the rink, pucksmay still go into the stands. The hockey pucks are made out of100% vulcanized rubber and are chilled. When these pucks go intothe stands they can cause serious injuries, so please stay alertat all times.

Re-Entry

For most events at Madison Square Garden, all exits are final,even for guests who smoke. Guests are not permitted to leave anevent and then re-enter the same event. However, on rareoccasions this policy may differ, and will be printed directly onthe ticket.

Recording Devices

Video cameras, monopods, tripods, audio recording devices andcameras with telephoto or zoom lenses are not permitted insideMadison Square Garden at any time. This policy will be strictlyenforced. You may bring in a disposable or 35mm camera (with nozoom or telephoto lens), however, for some events, cameras of any type and/or flash photography may beprohibited.

Refunds & Exchanges

Madison Square Garden has a no refund, no exchange policy ontickets for all events.

Renting the Garden

Madison Square Garden offers many opportunities to host eventsat The Worlds Most Famous Arena. For more information please callthe Special Event Services department at 212-465-6106.

Restaurants

Madison Square Garden is only affiliated with and endorses thePlay by Play Sports Bar and the Club Bar and Grill. In order todine in the Club Bar and Grill and the Play by Play during aKnicks or Rangers game, you will need a Club ticket for thatparticular game. Only the Play by Play is open during Libertygames and only Club ticketholders will have access. MSGrestaurants are open 2 hours prior to the games startingtime.

If you want the best in fine dining, exemplary service, amidstelegant ambience without leaving Madison Square Garden, The ClubBar and Grill is the ideal setting. Located on the Club Terrace,this exclusive restaurant is the perfect way to begin yourevening before the game starts. Reservations are recommended todine at the Club Bar and Grill. Club Season ticketholders maymake reservations at any time. All other ticketholders may makereservations starting 48 hours prior to a game. Please call (212)465-6290 for reservations.

Family Restrooms
Wheelchair accessible restrooms are located throughout the Arenaand the Theater, as well as both restaurants, and are clearlymarked. In addition, we have a unisex restroom availablefordisabled guests who may require assistance from a person ofthe opposite gender or to assist achild for medical reasons. Thisunisex restroom is located in our Garden Services Office onthe5th floor in the Arena and requires an escort by MadisonSquare Garden security personnel.

Retired Jerseys

A retired jersey number is the highest honor a player from oneof our teams can achieve at Madison Square Garden. When a numberis retired, it will forever hang from The Garden rafters and cannever be worn by another player from that franchise again.Retired Knicks jersey numbers are: 10 (Walt Frazier), 12 (DickBarnett), 15 (Earl Monroe and Dick McGuire), 19 (Willis Reed), 22(Dave DeBusschere), 24 (Bill Bradley), 33 (Patrick Ewing), and613 (Red Holtzman. The 613 signifies the number of wins attainedas Head Coach of the Knicks). Retired Rangers jersey numbers are:1 (Eddie Giacomin), 7 (Rod Gilbert), 11 (Mark Messier) and 35(Mike Richter). Furthermore, 526 (Lou Carnesecca-signifying thenumber of wins as Head Coach of St. John's University) hangs onlyduring college basketball events. Steffi Graf (5 Time VirginiaSlims/Chase Championships Champion) and Martina Navratilova (8Time Virginia Slims/Chase Championships Champion) also havebanners hung only during tennis events. In addition, the number12 hangs to celebrate Billy Joel's record breaking 12 sold outnights in the Arena (Feb-April, 2006) and the number 60 in honorof Elton John's 60th performance at The Garden on his 60thbirthday (March 25, 2007).

Scalping

Please note that New York law prohibits the resale of ticketswithin one thousand five hundred feet from Madison Square Garden.In addition, New York law prohibits the sale of tickets to eventsat the Theater at Madison Square Garden for more than 20% abovethe price printed on the face of the ticket and prohibits thesale of tickets to events at the Arena for more than 45% abovethe price printed on the face of this ticket. Unlawful resale canbe punishable by fine and/or imprisonment.

Seating Capacity

For basketball events in the Arena, the seating capacity is19,763 and for hockey events in the Arena, the seating capacityis 18,200. For all other events, seating capacity changesdepending on the set-up of the event. For events in the Theater,the seating capacity is 5,600.

Shoot Around Times

Shoot arounds are generally held on the morning of a game.Please note that shoot arounds are never open to the public.

Signs and Banners

Guests are welcome to bring signs into the building to showtheir support for their favorite team, player, or entertainer.Signs may not be derogatory in any manner and must not containfoul language. Signs must be hand held and cannot be mounted on astick or pole and they cannot block the view of other guests. Anyinterference with the enjoyment of another guest's experiencewill result in the confiscation of the sign and/or possibleejection from the facility.

Smoking

In compliance with New York City regulations, there is nosmoking permitted anywhere in Madison Square Garden. This policyis strictly enforced. Violation of this regulation is grounds forejection. Furthermore, all exits are final and MSG does not allowfor smoking passes.

Solid Ground Program

The Solid Ground Program is the best way to forever become apart of The Garden. Located in the Mall area, these paving stonesare a great way to celebrate and recognize your favorite MadisonSquare Garden memory with a personal message. These paving stonescome in two sizes, 4" by 8" and 12" by 12". Upon the purchase ofyour paving stone, you will also receive a replica to proudlydisplay in your home or office. The purchase of a paving stone is100% tax deductible and all net proceeds benefit our Garden ofDreams Foundation. South Seating

The South Press Box is generally reserved for working mediaduring sporting events. For concerts, however, we have theopportunity to sell this seat location. The South Press Box islocated between the 300 and 400 Level seating areas in the Arena.The South Press Box consists of one row of folding chairs that isset up in this location. If your ticket is marked Section South,the folding chairs will be set up behind the last row betweenSections 307-312. Please proceed to the Gate marked on yourticket and an usher will direct you to your seats.

Standing

During some concerts, the artists may request that guests bepermitted to stand immediately in front of their seats during theentirety of the performance. On those occasions, standing guestsshall continue to be respectful of others around them and avoidblocking the view of other guests. Standing on seats or any otherbuilding structure is not permitted and may result in ejectionfrom the event.

Strollers

If necessary, guests may bring strollers to events in theArena and Theater. Please understand, however, that thesestrollers must be collapsible and fit under your seat. You maynot leave strollers in the walkways, gates, or concourses and ourstaff will not guard these items for you. MSG is not responsiblefor any lost, stolen, or damaged strollers.

Suite Rentals and Sales

For some events, Club Suites may be rented to entertain guestsand clients. For information, rental, or sale of Club Suitesplease call 212-465-6771.

Public telephones are located throughout the concourses duringevents in the Arena. For Theater events, public telephones arelocated in the Theater Lobby.

Temperature

The temperature inside the Arena during hockey games ismaintained at approximately 65 degrees. Of course, thetemperature may vary depending on your proximity to the icesurface. We suggest that you consider wearing layered clothing orbring a jacket or sweater if you are attending a hockey game.

The temperature inside the Arena and the Theatre for all otherevents may vary greatly due to logistics and artist requests. Theartist may also ask us to adjust the temperature to their likingso that they are more comfortable for their performance. Even ifyou are attending a concert during the winter, you may want toconsider wearing light clothes under your heavier layers.

Temporary Disabilities

If you have a temporary disability/injury please call theDisabled Services department at 212-465-6034, and we will makethe necessary arrangements for you to attend the event in acomfortable and enjoyable manner. When calling, please have theevent, date, section, row, and seat available.

The Garden Terrace

The Garden Terrace is our 3rd floor private terrace, only opento Club members during New York Knicks, and New York Rangersevents. The Garden Terrace is open for other ticketholders atother limited events as well. To access The Garden Terrace pleaseenter through our North and South concierge area.

Ticket Stubs

Your ticket stub is proof that you are in possession of avalid ticket for the event that you are attending and alsodesignates your correct seat location. This information will alsohelp our staff locate your party in the event that you becomeseparated. Madison Square Garden staff may ask to see your ticketat any time during the event. You will also need to keep yourticket stub in the rare occurrence an event is cut short for anyreason.

Tickets for events at Madison Square Garden may be purchased atthe following authorized points of purchase: in person at ourMSG, Radio City Music Hall or Beacon Theatre Box Office, onlinethrough thegarden.com (which will link you to TicketMaster), at aTicketMaster Outlet or by calling TicketMaster at (212) 307-4111or (212) 307-5554. Tickets purchased through TicketMaster aresubject to TicketMaster service fees in addition to the cost ofthe ticket. These sources are the only authorized ticket-sellingagents of The Garden. Please be advised that we cannot vouch forthe authenticity of tickets obtained through any other source.Madison Square Garden will not honor counterfeit and otherinvalid tickets. If you would like to purchase tickets on the daythat the event is taking place, you may continue to utilizeTicketmaster. As the event start time approaches, Ticketmasterwill no longer sell tickets and you may only purchase tickets inperson at the MSG Box Office. Club Suite Tickets
If you are attending an event with a Club or Club Suite ticket,please enter through either the North or South concierge areaslocated on either side of the Mall area. Club ticketholders alsohave exclusive access to entrances on 31st Street and 33rd Streetbetween 7th and 8th Avenues. Your Club ticket also allows you tovisit our third floor Garden Terrace, Play By Play Restaurant,and The Club Bar and Grill during Knicks and Rangers games. ForLiberty games, you will have access to the Garden Terrace andPlay By Play. Of course, Suite holders may dine in the privacyand comfort of their Suite, and may customize their menu throughour Suite Services department. Club ticketholders for New YorkKnicks and New York Liberty games will have personalwaiter/waitress service at their seats during games. For New YorkRangers games, VIP Rinkside, Club Rinkside, and Club Goldticketholders will have personal waiter/waitress service at theirseats during games. Menus will be at your seats upon arrival.

General Admission
General Admission tickets mean that you do not possess a reservedseat. Seating (or arena floor space) is obtained on a firstcome-first serve basis. We ask that you do not save GeneralAdmission seats or space for guests that are meeting up with youinside the Arena.

Children
Please check the event profile for your specific event for theminimum age requirement prior to your purchase of tickets. Formost events, all children who have reached their second birthdayrequire a ticket to gain admittance to Madison Square Garden. Anychild who has yet to reach their second birthday does not requirea ticket, however, they may not occupy their own seat and mustsit on a parent's or guardian's lap. Please note, that forcertain children's events (such as the Wiggles and Sesame StreetLive!), all children who have reached their first birthdayrequire a ticket. Lost Tickets
If you have lost your tickets or they have been stolen beforeyour event takes place, please return to your point of purchasefor further assistance. North/South Tickets
The North and South Press Boxes are generally reserved forworking media during sporting events. For concerts, however, wehave the opportunity to sell these seat locations. The North andSouth Press Boxes are located between the 300 and 400 levelseating areas in the Arena. The Press Boxes consist of one row offolding chairs that are set up in these locations. If your ticketis marked Section North, the folding chairs will be set up behindthe last row between sections 332-337. If your ticket is markedSection South, the folding chairs will be set up behind the lastrow between sections 307-312. Please proceed to the gate markedon your ticket and an Usher will direct you to your seats.

TicketMaster Charges

Please understand that a facility surcharge is included in theticket price, regardless of your point of purchase. Please beaware that the Ticketmaster surcharges cover the costs ofperforming the administrative functions necessary to processticket orders, as well as for shipping. There are three ways topurchase tickets through Tickemaster. If you choose to useTicketmaster's phone or Internet service, you will be assessed afacility convenience and shipping charge. If you choose toutilize a Ticketmaster outlet to purchase tickets, you will beassessed a facility surcharge and a convenience charge. You mayavoid TicketMaster charges only by purchasing tickets in personat our Box Office.

Tours

To get an in-depth behind the scenes look at Madison SquareGarden, we suggest the All Access Tour of The Garden. Guestswithout tickets for an MSG event may still see the inner workingsof The Garden by purchasing a ticket to take the MSG All AccessTour. Tours operate every day, approximately every half-hour from11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Daily tickets can be purchased at the MSGTour Shop. Advanced tickets for future tours can be purchasedthrough Ticketmaster and the Box Office only. For pricing andmore information please click here. Walk of Fame

In 1992, Madison Square Garden designated the walkway leadingto the arena as the "Walk of Fame," the spot to recognizeperformers, athletes, announcers, and coaches who demonstratedexcellence at their craft in The Garden at various timesthroughout their extraordinary careers. Each person is honoredwith a plaque that designates the performance category(Broadcasting, Boxing, Basketball, Hockey, Track and Field,Tennis, Skating, Music, and Circus) in which his or hercontributions have been made.

Water Fountains

Water fountains are located throughout the concourses duringevents in the Arena. For Theater events, water fountains arelocated in the Theater Lobby.

Wheelchairs For Transportation

For individuals who have limited mobility, we can provide awheelchair to transport guests from our Main Lobby to your seats.Upon arriving at Madison Square Garden, please ask a SecurityOfficer for assistance. Please be aware that our staff will notremain with the patron during the event, nor will they allow theguest to remain in the wheelchair for the duration of theevent.

Whistle Policy

As a courtesy to your fellow ticketholders, we ask that you donot walk around in the seating area until there is a stoppage inplay (during sporting events). The black line in the gatedesignates the area that we ask you to stand behind, so that youdo not block the view of those ticketholders who are seated. Wethank you for complying with this.

For safety and as a courtesy to other ticketholders, please donot sit or stand in the aisles. Aisles should be kept clear atall times.

Will Call

The Will Call window is located at Window #5 and, at times, atadjacent windows in the Madison Square Garden Box Office. If youare picking up tickets at Will Call, please bring valid photo IDand the credit card used to purchase the tickets. Please be awarethat the Will Call window generally closes one hour after theevent start time.

If you purchased your tickets from Ticketmaster, you may alsoutilize the Ticketmaster kiosks located directly outside the MSGBox Office. The kiosks are available during normal Box Officeoperation hours. Please be advised you must have the credit cardused to purchase the tickets.
